Pc takes very long time in BIOS screen (where you can press f2 to open biso))

Out of no where my PC suddenly takes for ever to Boot and when it boots the CPU only runs at 1.36 GHz instead of 3.4 to fix that i have to go in the BIOS and just have it open for about 30s and then but. But idk why it takes so long to get into the BIOS

My Pc:

Ryzen 5 1600

TUF B350

16GB RAM

GTX 1060 6GB

Be Quiet 450w

And a bunch of HDDs and 2 SSDs

As soon as you press the power button to turn on the PC, start rapidly pressing the delete key. Just keep spamming it until your in the bios.

If that still takes forever, disconnect everything from the pc USB ports except your keyboard and mouse. You can also try disconnecting all of those extra hard drives, leave only the OS drive plugged in. Sometimes peripherals or some old drives on their last leg of life can cause a PC to take forever on boot up.
