Refurbished used old graphic card testing tools softwares?

I  was planning to purchase a new ryzen build with ryzen 2700x or ryzen 3600 for video editing rendering graphic designing and 3d architecture designing. GPU I selected is GTX 1650 super or gtx 1660 super or Gtx 1080ti .so I below compare the specs of all gtx CPU

But as Nvedia geoforce gtx card is good for adobe premiere and adobe after effects so i selected GTX RTX cards and not amd cards .

 I checked benchmark pugetsystem and other websites gtx 1080ti with ddr5x ram being less in clock speed and memory bandwidth but more ram cuda cores out performance all 1060 1070 1080 8gb and 1650 and 1 660 and. 2060 super.

I prefred gtx 1660 super but there was a glitch to invest on 6gb or 8gb card . I knew that gigabyte arous many models of gtx 1880ti boosted its base boost and memory clock speed.... But i have a glitch and budget constrain on an outdated gtx 1080ti first GPU card and 5000 series
and 6000 pcie 4.0 GPU card is in market So a friend dealer suggested me to get an old gtx 1080 ti GPU which can be in budget. I founded some with good deals. I have searched in some websites ansd founded some and For comparison of old and new price i am getting in india including tax I am listing the price converted in dollars.

The above old price is demanded prices it may be negotiable and may come down. As the sellers users claims that its 5-25 days to 6 months old and still under 2years warranty. As they are selling to upgrade or urgent need of money. I am considering to get gtx 1080ti 11gb ie. Within ($250-$280) but before negotiating some queries come in mind.

My queries question in mind

Q1. Is getting an old Used GPU is worth buying ( if price diff is $100 or more). Will it be safe and work fine. And oldnsed  in gtx 1080ti its $671 and gtx  2080ti its $621 cheaper

Q2. Do there comes any difference while claiming warranting as old GPU user or sellers are providing oroginal reciept bill..is there any GIGABYTE ASUS MSI website to check the product through serial number the sold date and remaining warranty left in it.

Q3. Is there any software tools or windows commands through which I can check the LOG of old GPU installed date.   (as service centersbof companies have acess to such info fir checking thebusage and reaaons) and , hours time days been used, throttled, overheated health life of  or error or repaired caused while using which can give details of parameters to check Mainly to crosscheck the users sellers words.

 

Q4. There are some manufacturer (gigbyte asus msi zotac colourful) software tools to check the health lifespan and  stress check benchmarks and save the tests reports  like furmark msi afterburner MSI kombuster (will MSI softwares work in gigabyte or Asus card)  GPUz fraps  3dmark VRay luxmark...

But after getting the results where I can match the test benchmark results to confirm that card is OK and working fine

Q5. What parameters to crosscheck or consider before purchasing an OLD used GPU so that can confirm that the GPU is trouble free  and its lifespan and health and it will work without problem. And way to check before purchasing

 

Q6. Any other thing in your opinion we can check online through remote desktop or  by asking reports for the GPU fan speed thermals or any other points necessary before purchaingban old GPU

Q7. For 4k 8k video editing as pugetsystem score shows that GTX 1080 ti outperforms GTX 2060 or even gtx 2080 in premier pro and after effects and in . As GTX 1080 ti will give good discount deal .what's your opinion to be good GPU for video rendering and greeting 1080ti

Q8. The old prices as I checked is from and indian local classifieds website for old second hand selling as I know eBay and  alibaba aliexpress website but they charge huge more then item amount for shipping to India.. As amzon holds tthe money for 10 days do ebay or any websites can hold the money till ww get and check.. ..ayone recommend good website to search for old CPU GPU  who can ship cards in india with less shipping charges.

Whether it will work fine or not is up to whether the seller is lying and to just pure luck. There is no way of saying anything more specific about it.

GPUs do not have any storage for saving such logs on, so no.

If it crashes or exhibits graphical glitches, it's not fine. That's all these tools can tell about the card's health, no more.

The only thing you can do is to run stress-tests and benchmarks and see if it crashes or exhibits glitches. Like I said, there is nothing else you can do to determine how long the card will last or anything like that.
