What should i upgrade my i5 9400f too ?

haydenxr

Budget (including currency): 360 $

Country: usa

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Modern warfare, RDR2

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
What i have is

GeForce 1660
32g of ram
i5 9400f
TUF B36M-PLUS motherboard

And in most scenarios liek when playing modern warfare 100 % of my cpu is being used which is i believe is holding my pc back by a lot

If you can get a 9900k for cheap on the used market or see if you can get a R5 3700x and a B550 board for cheap.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

If you really want it now, 3700x and b450/550 (You can most likely sell your old motherboard and CPU on the secondhand market). However, I would wait for Rocket lake and see if Intel has some better value offerings.
