Lenovo L-IG41N Motherboard CPU compatibility

Does anybody know which Core 2 Quad models are fully compatible with the L-IG41N motherboards?

Yes the G41 chipset supports Core 2 Quads.

I was watching a Linus video where one of his builds did not accept all of the Core 2 Quads. Do you happen to know if this motherboard accepts all of them?

Not without the PC model number no. 

The chipset it's self does support the Cpu however.

Yes in some cases, the bios needs to be updated. You have, as it stands now, a 50% chance the Quad works.
