What RAM for AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Looking for good suggestions on 2x8gb RAM for my build using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600. Read an article talking about 3733mHz but want to know if 3600 CL16 or 17 would be unnoticeably different. RGB isn't required, but a plus. Looking to spend  $120 at very most, $100 would be the sweet spot if attainable.

3200mhz is really all you need for the R5 3600
