USB Expansion Card Suggestions

I'm currently running out of USB ports in my PC so I wanted to get an internal USB expansion card. After looking on Amazon however, there are hundreds of different cards from various manufacturers that I have never heard of and the reviews don't make them seem more legit.

 

Can anyone recommend a card that fits all the following requirements:

- USB 3.0 or higher

- 4 ports or more

- Has a reliable warranty/good support

 

Preferable but not required:

- Black PCB

- Self-powered
