Recommendations for 27/28" 4K secondary monitor

Looking for a 4K monitor (27 or 28") to use as a second monitor. Nothing fancy, will not be used for gaming so >60Hz and/or adaptive sync is not needed.  It may be used for some light photo/video work but that's it. Mostly want it so I can have OBS/Discord/Twitch/Youtube/etc open while gaming or streaming and for general productivity purposes. Would prefer if it had DisplayPort, but not a huge deal if it only has HDMI.

 

Budget is 300-400 Euros.

Not that many 4k 27inch screens.....

I would recommend looking at dell I am using the Dell Ultrasharp U2720Q reasonably good monitor but a bit out of your price range costs around 500 euros. I think they have a P series this year the P2721Q that should be in your price range. The P is more office use so less color accurate.
