CPU and motherboard need help

I have 95% of the parts I need to do my first build but I need help with the bios. I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and a asus tuf x570 plus which does not have a bios flashback. I’ve read that the motherboard might come with the update I need to run the cpu but I’m not actually sure. I bought it only a week ago so it’s very new.
