If you're willing to use Linux, Kubuntu is very good on low-end hardware.

If you want to play online games, many won't work with Linux (unfortunately).

Windows 10 is the best option, as your specs are pretty good to run Windows 10 but it cannot be the best but it works fine. and another option is ubuntu, or any other linux based platform. as they come for free and they work fine

"Low end?"  Hardly, unless one is talking Windows, only!

It'll run most any Linux distro you want.  Choosing is the hard part.

Fedora has a Gaming spin, too.

If you go with Linux . . .
