What type of m.2 SSD can I install here?

Citrusflavour01

I have asked for help in the recent past regarding SSD and now I would like you guys to look at this picture and give me your opinion. This Laptop was bought in Australia. It's model number is FX553V but the system model is GL553VD. It's not a ROG laptop, it just has the ASUS logo.

from looking at the Asus website with that model number, it looks like that laptop supports PCIE based m.2 SSDs so you should be fine buying NVMe ones... just get anything that will go in that slot that fits your budget...

just check if it's double sided chip or single sided one (double sided chip layout m.2 will almost always not fit in slots where single sided chip layout m.2 were originally put in place) mentioning it because that particular m.2 in the picture seems to be single sided chip layout (based on the retaining screw)
