My motherboard is powering everything but it doesn't connect to the monitor

Looks like your motherboard isn't POST-ing. Is this a newly built system?

Here are a few things I would check:

  • Is the RAM fully seated? Push down with your thumbs to make sure.
  • Is the graphics card fully inserted? Again, give it a push to make sure
  • Check all power connectors, especially the CPU 8-pin and any connectors on your graphics card
  • Try using only one stick of RAM.

not it's not, the psu is fine.

one thing you need to have is a SSD, get a 256 GB or 512 of M.2 NVME.
