You can use any headed you want. You can control the pump speed just like a fan in the bios.

Hello everyone. Currently, I'm building a new PC and first time using an AIO. I purchased am MSI MAG CoreLiquid 240R and installed it in my system. The motherboard is an ASUS TUF B550M Plus. 

 

May I ask if it is okay to 'utilize' the CPU_OPT header for the Pump connector?
