i7 10700 (non k) B460 or Z490

Hi guys,
Let me know if I should buy the b460 or z490 mb for my i7 non oc.I've already buy 2*8go 3200hz c16 of ram.
Is theire a big difference between 2933hz (if I slow down my ram for b460 mb) and 3200hz in game?
Because I have a small budget now, and the price between both cards his hudge!
I'm also using a 3060ti as gpu.

(Btw sorry if I made some mistakes, we french are really bad at english!)
