If you did, you would realize the judge ruling over this case is going to be Joseph C Spero The case number is 3:21-cv-00485.  The website I posted as well isn't just a random site that has it posted.  The site itself lists the cases as submitted to the court.  It's the initial part of the case, Twitter hasn't officially responded to the summons.

In this particular case it's a boy, who is being referred to as "John Doe" to protect his identity. The second plaintiff is "Jane Doe", John Doe's mother. Don't assume all victims of sexual abuse crimes are female.

It has a judge assigned and will be proceeding. Like everything that goes to court, it's up to the court to determine if the claims being made are true. 

Stop jumping up and down claiming "fake news" and trying to make this a political issue.

I just don't really care for Twitter anymore.  They really tick off a lot of Twitter users in the U.S.A. and I personally have decided to leave Twitter by political and personal reasons.  I don't want to use any social media that censors it's community or funds illegal stuff.  So I'll be happy to leave them and let others decide on their own.  But still I only use Twitter for LTT/LMG and Razer stuff.  As for Twitter itself nah.

Big Tech does what they do for profit in the end.   Political associations are just a way to get free advertising to their desired audience.  

 

I don't think they would be scheming to break the law to make a profit, but if many of their users break the law they might turn a very blind eye to it so they can make more money.

I just deactivated my Twitter account just now and I have no regrets what so ever.  One less Twitter user .

Never had a Twitter, and I had only touched Facebook once back in 2009, and deleted it due to lack of interest. Never cared about social media.

I have Facebook for family contacts and I still use LiveJournal but it's dead.  And who remembers MySpace?
