AMD Relive half the video screen is white and a redline in the middle

Asrock RX 580 8 GB

RYZEN 5 3500X  6 cores

 

when i play my video it haves a red line in the middle and its more brigth on a half, it also seems like this when opening the file instead of seeing it from radeon software

 

adrenaline drivers

 

does anyone know any way to fix this
