Intake or exhaust for GPU?

Metsakast

So i was planning to build my next pc into the NZXT H710i, but i thought maybe Lian Li pc-O11DW dynamic would be better airflow. Im not sure if my graphics card fans would pull air into the heatsink or away?  Im gonna buy the  GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING X TRIO GPU, so i was wondering if the bottom case fans should be intake or exhaust?MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GAMING Trio and VENTUS Series pictured and detailed - VideoCardz.com

bottom case fans should be intake

top case fans should be exhaust.

GPU coolers blow air across the heatsink.
