I need help. What wrong with my setup? It goes black screen when i start a game

ASUS AMD Radeon rx 5600 xt Rog Strix GPU
 
750w PSU
 
 
Wont run games. Goes black screen when I start a game. Come back on if I reboot. Ive tried everything. DDU and reinstall drivers. Change Ram. Update MOBO bios.....help

That (at least for my experience) is a bad video card, it used to happen to me with a rx 580, I switch it for another gpu and everything was working fine.

Awfully old CPU for such a new video card... odd incompatibilities while more on the rare side can still occur when you have such a gap between your hardware. That said learning more about your PSU like stated above is going to be needed.
