Headphone recamendations MAX $150

I just sat on my HD201 and broke them and have no replacement parts left.

Anyways I am looking for a new pair, company doesn't matter.

I am going to saving so this is not a buy immediately.

I am looking for..

1. closed back (loud house)
2. over ears
3. comfort (class online for 8 hours)
4. wired to 3.5mm(personal preference)
5. neutral sound (can go with other)
6. no cheap builds
7. no M50's or M50x's(just no)
8. preferably no amp required
9. no boom mic 
10. no gaming ones(no RGB/horrible sound)

I usually go for a neutral for my cans but these are going to be on my main desktop not my music workstation.

I am going to be using them for music and gaming.

I already own a pair of sony MDR 7506

Akg k361 neutral witha lean on upper mids. Decent for gaming as well. Sennheiser closed backs using the 500 series shells but just closed I would avoid
