New hard drive seems louder then what im used to

so my old 40$ 1tb WB drive died lasted 3 years  it wont spin any more so i found this deal on newegg for 2tb HDD and it works fine but i notice the reading and writing more even is this normal ? like its not like a loud loud sound like the other drives i used to have that were going bad did but im guessing every drive is not the same? Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200 RPM 3.5" Hard Drive - Newegg.com

Its sounds perfectly fine to me.

yeah it does lol im finding videos online and its matching lol maybe i should have saved for a 2tb SSD lol i have a SSD for windows i tell you 3 years ago when i switched to SSD for windows i could never go back LOL
