Why RX 570 is still worth to buy in 2021?. i actually want to buy rx570 but still not sure why ?

I really want to buy that GPU. but still not sure is it a good choice or not to buy. I want to do gamming on 1080p. but due to tight budget still not sure where should i go. should i go for GTX 1060 3gb or rx 570.

but i have seen benchmark reports on some websites. where rx 570 give little better performance than 1060. but still not sure

overall the 1060 3gb is a bit faster than a rx570. The 6gb is faster in every way than a 570. Either way don't overpay for 3year old gpu's.

i have read benchmark and comparison articles from other websites like https://gaminginfohub.com/rx-570-vs-gtx-1060-specs-and-benchmark/. where they have compared both cards technically and share benchmark reports also. i just want more reviews before putting my money on any of them.

I'd absolutely skip the 3GB card. Even at 1080p, new games will not run well with that little VRAM.

 

In newer games also, and especially DX12/Vulkan, GCN is better at that performance level.

I don't know about any comparisons to the GTX 1060 (either the 3GB model or the 6GB model), but I am currently running a Radeon RX 570 4GB (XFX) and it's great. If you find one at a good price then it's not a bad deal. Just please don't overpay for one. With how the used market is right now I can sell my 3 year old card for almost as much as I paid for it. It all depends on if you can find a good deal.

5500xt 8 gb if you can find it or stretch it, should be about a 580 in performance if I recall. If you can get a decent used price I’d say either card should be fine although more vram can be nice in newer titles.
