Cheapest brand new gpu used for display output

Well then a gt 710 gddr5 card would do just the job but I would recommend a gt 1030 gddr5 card i got mine for 64$ but prices might be different where you live.

I'm looking for a cheap brand new gpu to be used as a display output as my pc has no integrated graphics. Max I can spend is $100 CAD.

If all you need is basic display then something like a GT710 would work fine. Memory express seems to be out of stock for all their 710's but if you check newegg or amazon.ca they probably have some.

You could use a gt 1030 or you could maybe find a gtx 750 ti for cheap

Also do you want to be able to game or just use it as a display out.
