Dumb Question but is there a way I can get a something to 5v rgb header or smth

as the title says is there such thing as a something to 3pin 5v rgb header or some shit like usb to 5v rgb 
my motherboard doesn't have a 5v rgb header for some reason and idk how i would get one otherwise so

3-pin is ARGB and 4 pin is RGB with no adressable. ARGB is digital so no you can't mix them. What are you trying to connect to what?

i aint tryna connect anything to anything atm
but in the future if i do get rgb most of em use argb but my board dont got an argb header so i was wondering if there was like a usb to argb thing or smth
im pretty new to pc building

Well yeah sure. Two things that pops into mind are these.

 

Corsair, have their own eco system and you can get the Commander Pro. This will only work with Corsair RGB things as far as I know though.

iCUE Commander PRO Smart RGB Lighting and Fan Speed Controller (corsair.com)

 

Asus ROG Aura Terminal, is Asus' eco system but this will work with anything with a Aura Sync sticker on it. Just make sure you connect ARGB things to it.

how does the second one connect to pc/motherboard/psu?
im dumb and cant find it on the website

Your motherboard have internal USB headers. You connect them there.

mine say JUSB1 2 and 3 they still the same?

If they look the same, yes. It is possible you have USB 2.0 and 3.0 headers. The 3.0 headers are wider and it's the 2.0 headers in the picture you are looking for. What board you got there buddy?

Cool, use them. 🙂 

 

The point with that is just so that Windows can see the device and let the user control it with software.
