GPU powercolor vega 64 aio version

 

I have some weirdness going on was trying to hammy down my vega 64 to my son since it's a capable GPU but for some reason it won't post on a his system a Ryzen 3100 gigabyte b450m ds3h or a my media backup gaming pc Ryzen 3600 ASRock b550 Pro4 but will on an msi mpg z490 gaming plus and a Dell XPS 430 lol granted I can't install the driver's for the xps lol but I can to the conclusion it might be a MB issue for some reason idk the vega 64 requires a mid to high end MBs for the better power delivery 

 

I tried to pair it on the b450 and 550 with a 1000w rosewill PSU bronze and a EVGA g2 1300

But in the z490 board the vega will only be recognized on PCIe slot one with the Radeon 6800 on PCIe 16x 2 not the other way around otherwise the vega won't be recognized

 

And I think that is all so I assume it's a MB issue for some reason or anything to assist to keeping the vega I'd love to give it to my son and mine in it to get a little extra money on it
