trouble shooting windows 7 install

i have a dell inspiron 5348.  i replaced the hdd. i am doing a reinstall of windows 7 i(it Shippedwith win and every time it gets passed expanding windows files and crashes and deplays a screen that says noo bootable divice found. what should i do.

How did you make the bootable windows installer?

 

Id really suggest putting a ssd and windows 10, will be much faster and more secure.

Do you have anouther usb drive you can try?

 

Can you verify the iso is correct ore redownload the iso?
