So what should I go with

Option 1 2 x64 GB

Option 2: 4x32

or maybe option 3 6x16 GB

Option 2 or 3 so you can run in quad-channel, pick option 2 or 3 based on price and which you prefer!

Good day to everyone who is reading the post every one else can suck it (jk) so I have an asus pro ws c621e and was wondering should I go with 2 x64 GB  or a 4x32 or maybe 6x16 GB and please explain your opinion

Thanks

Dual CPU system eh? Outstanding. Personally, I'd fill every slot so each CPU can benefit from quad-channel RAM.

What do you mean? The RAM slots are broken?

Really? RAM tends to last for a VERY long time before wearing out. What is the "experiment" you did with them?

Did you feed it too much voltage or something?

I can confirm this - my 1999 SDR sticks still work perfectly.

I'd be very surprised if DDR4 RAM stopped working spontaneously.

What makes you think that the RAM is failing though?

run MemTest86 on your RAM, that will determine if it works or not.
