Fan hub, fan speed control

Hello,

 

I recently bought fan hub from Aliexpress and some 3-pin fans (not from Aliexpress). I have a GIGABYTE B365M-HD3 mobo which has only one 4-pin fan header. With the fan, they said it includes the PWM connection cable, but it didn't, so all my fans are going full speed and I can't control it. So can I somehow control the speed of my fans?

the only way is to get a fan speed controller. like this:
