Pc turning on and a wire i dont know where to put

So when i turn on my PSU it will automatically turn on my computer and there is this one LED cable connected to my case where i dont know where put it.

Former problem is a feature in the BIOS I think, and the connector you're holding is either for RGB or for the front panel, likely the latter if it's from your case.

Where should i put it in my msi b450 gaming plus max MB?

It will go in the same area that you plugged your case's power button in. Refer to your mobo manual for which pins to connect it to.
