New monitor AOC G27G2 Motion Blur Problem GSYNC, OVERDRIVE AND MBR

Hi,
recently I acquired my first ips monitor, a AOC G27G2 27 inch, so far the colors are great, But my main problem is the motion blur, picture movement o what ever you can say it.

 

The thing is that I watch a lot of movies, and the motion blur is high, I can´t stand it  I have " tested " all the options in the menu but I really don´t get it, There is GSYNC, OVERDRIVE AND MBR, and I really don´t get it what is what, I have search on internet about my monitor but there is not so much information, When I turn off the Gsync option on the monitor, the Overdrive settings allow me to to set it on BOOST and the motion blur is reduced but the screen looses it brightness, and I really dont get what is MBR, it seems to do the same when I set it on MAX (value 20)

 

Any idea?
