What wattage PSU is needed for an estimate of 364W (via pcpartpicker)?

I am trying to figure out which wattage suits a build best. Thanks!

if you go on a path of upgrading a 700 will go fine. if you are sticking with this setup for longer a  600 W will do just fine.

A or B teir in this list

PCPartPicker simply adds up manufacturer / standard power numbers. Theoretically if you are not going to overclock, 130% of the calculated number should be more than sufficient.

 

Nvidia recommends a 650W psu for i9-10900K systems with an RTX 3070.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

The build also uses an ITX case, but I cant seem to find any sfx psus on the tier list

You have to know the models. Corsair SF psu are sfx as are Seasonic SGX, see tier A single rail. Those are probably the best sfx units at the moment.
