3060ti Undervolting help

So I've been undervolting my 3060ti, but I'm not sure that I'm doing it right. Here's my current settings in Afterburner. I've been running Time Spy Test 1 only @ 1080p and when I had it at stock I got around 113fps, with a 950Mhz core clock I got around 117fps and at 1000Mhz, it's now around 122fps.

You are ovetclocking not undervolting. Undervolting would need you to lower that greyed out top bar.

I followed this video on it.  Did they do something different than me?
