What aio cooler should i go whit to oc a ryzen 7 3700x

Hi there, i am a first build guy and i am not sure what aio is good to oc, i have a ryzen 7 3700x and i thoght that the nzxt kraken x53 was an option,but my question is, is it good to oc my cpu if not could you suggest me any aio? Tnx

If you're a first timer, i suggest getting an aircooler instead.

Easier to install and maintain.
