Geforce instant replay resolution fix..please help.

Can anyone help me why the resolutions are like this? Its also the same way when I instant record footage when in game. Please help. I was messing around with my resolutions a few days ago I set it on 3840x2160 (I was bored lol) just to see how it looked. I changed it back to 1920x1080 & I remember I wanted to save a clip when I was playing a game & the footage came out like this...(photos below). I'll post a photo how it looks on desktop too.

Well, 4K is pretty much 1080p², and it looks like what happened is Nvidia is reading only 1/4 of your display.

Try changing it back to 3840x2160 and see if that fixes it.

Yeah it does fixes when I changed it back to 3840x2160 but I want it to go back as 1920x1080 but idk how

Try changing your resolution in NVIDIA control panel.

ok i know how to open that up but what tab do i go to change it

Yeah I just said I know how to open it up lol. When the app pops up, do I go under the display tab & click change resolutions? If so, it says its on 1080p 1920x1080

Yep!
Set it to 4K and then 1080p again.
