i have a transofrmer i need help with

Assuming this is a step-down transformer for a plug-in boom box (so something like 120 V --> 12 V), the low voltage will be on the smaller set of windings. If I had to guess based on wire size that's the blue ones, but it's hard to see where they connect to on the transformer itself.

 

Also, and again hard to tell from the blurry pics, but is the black plastic piece on the circuit board the power connector? It looks like the traces lead from that to the three larger wires (black/orange/brown) which would support that being the high voltage side.

yes sorry about the pics i found that the orange and black wires are the load wires brown is nothing and the blue wires are shorted and yes it is a step down transformer

I only have a basic understanding of electronics, so I don't really have much more to offer beyond my initial comments.

 

Clearer pics would help any other that may be able to help further.
