nzxt h510 fan configuration

So i just built my first PC and have some questions regarding my case nzxt h510. Would my airflow improve if i were to replace the Aer fF120mm with for example Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200? Should i have the fan at the top 140mm? And if i buy additional fans, should i take the stock fans and put them at the front as intake?

Case has bad airflow due to small intake options so better fans will make little difference

The front fans are merely decorative and serve no purpose in that case.

 

You should add the top exhaust

okay, so i should replace my top exhaust with a 140 mm?
