crucial ballistix utility program crash's

XBOND

Hey this is PcModGods computer repair hardware specialist 2 weeks ago i bought the crucial ballistic tracer ram awesome i put it in and loaded the utility crash crash crash WTF you got to be kidding me really 20 years of experience and no hardware company or the tech support can out rule the GOD WE RULE EVERYONE ELSE YOU Suck REALLY TOOK ME 3 MINUTES TO FIGURE THIS CRAP SOFTWARE OUT. No IT guy or anyone else had an i idea how to fix this i seen a lot of people are having issues with this , here is the answer , after loading the software DON'T USE THE SHORTCUT IT GIVES YOU.  Go into program files and find the crucial folder the first one is ballistic utility right click on it create shortcut on desktop ,,,,,,,,, the shortcut created on desktop or programs on start menu does NOT WORK ITS A BROKEN PATH. Use the shortcut in the file ballistics utility, NOT THE SHORTCUT MOD, its easy . I told crucial i WANT FULL CREDIT for this correction i am tired of fixing all these hardware companies problems < removed by moderation > geek squad after i fixed issue they didn't have a clue, and as a joke i called a few other places. Whats the use of an IT degree when you cant fix someones problem.

Couple of things. First, I've removed email and the image because they violate our rules on advertising (regardless whether it was your own business or something else about this rant). Secondly this rant is quite hard to understand. I would recommend that you take deep breath and read your post through next time. Please also check our rules overall, mainly the core values:
