PCIe 1 is faulty on a B550 chipset?

SaturnVII

Specs:

MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING

CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X

GPU: EVGA 3080 FTW3 ULTRA

RAM: G.SKILL 2X8 GB 3600MHZ CL16

SSD: Sabrent NVMe 1TB

PSU: CORSAIR RM750

Some days ago I made a post regarding the poor performance of my 3080. It turns out the PCIe of my motherboard looks like it's faulty, because when I mounted the GPU in the second slot, the card works a lot better, which is contradictory. In theory, the first slot in a B550 board should be the choice to mount your GPU. I'll put two images comparing GPU-Z monitoring using each slot, maybe someone here will tell me if it's a bug I can solve, or I just have to RMA the board.

On slot 1:

On slot 2:

In slot 1, HZD runs at about 20 FPS, while in slot 2 runs at 70-ish.

Thank you for your help.
