Cant connect rgb . Help

I can't connect this connector into the motherboard Jrgb header?

What motherboard is it? Are you sure you have the correct type of header on your motherboard? These things can be quite fiddly. I would recommend taking your GPU out to get to your header if it is below the GPU. Make sure the pins are going into the slots and not the gap between the slots and the plastic.

It slots in if I put it upside down but no rgb working. 

 

If I try putting it in the correct way it wont push in.

 

I have the standard 4-pin 12 volt on my mobo

Does the RGB turn on when you contact the pins to the header the correct way around?

I tried the other RGB port and it slots in and works perfectly.  Only problem is this header is right at the top and I wanted it at the bottom
