Hey guys, I'm building a pc from scratch, and I have some doubts regarding the RGB hub from the MSI case and the connector that it has to the Motherboard, apparently my board has Aura Sync which is meant for 4 pin 12V, but there is another header that has 3 pins and the manual says its 5v, so my doubt is, can I plug the MSI case RGB hub controller connector to my motherboard 5v RGB header connector even though they are from different brands?. I gather it wont destroy anything, but when in doubt, always ask around :P.

 

Edit: also the MSI hub is 5v aswell.
