Currently delisted from Steam for some years now, so you'd either have to find a steam key on a key market website (Nuuvem, G2A, etc) or get an original DVD from back then.

except that @miniboisgave a direct link to buy it from Rockstar.. the game developer... sooooo, you don't need to find it on a 3rd party shady site.

Did you even check the link? You can't buy the PC version from there, only PS3.

Man, i wish too, Rockstar never even bothered to launch it on PC, it would be awesome if they had.

Some years ago i played it on PCSX2 with an australian release of the game, it was so bug riddled...
