Moving from wired headphones to earbuds

lonidias

Hey everyone,

I've been using original wired Apple earpods for a couple of years now and I'm planning on changing to wireless earbuds.

I will be using them for calls or listening to music, mostly (epic soundtracks and progressive rock).

I've been exploring the Jabra Elite 85T and the Sony WF-1000XM3 and I wanted your advice on them or any other you might know.

Thanks in advance!

Personally, I haven't noticed any difference between wired and wireless.

Though, of course, this is entirely down to the quality of the earphones one is using.

The only advantage I found was not having wires all over the place.

Literally, the "wireless" aspect was the only difference I found between multiple wired pairs and several wireless pairs I have used (including Apple buds).

Sorry, I know that's not especially helpful.

I would first recommend getting a cheap pair of in-ear earbuds before spending money on TWS. Actual in-ear buds, ones that insert into your ear (not like the apple ones), because most TWS buds insert much deeper into your ear than you would originally think and can be extremely uncomfortable if it's nothing something you've ever worn before
