My graphics card fan is not spinning

I have an EVGA 1060 3gb single fan and i took the casing off to mod it and then put it back on and the fan isnt working. i made sure that i plugged in the fan. i even tried unplugging and re-plugging it in but nothing works. it spins a tiny bit when i start up my computer and then it just doesn't go, not even when i am play games. Can anyone help?

If the GPU stays under 60c it won't spin by default.

Before i took it apart it was spinning all the time.

what are your temps like?

At idle, 39 c. in minecraft, around 50 c. and in like fortnite, around 65-70 c

Do you use MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision X1? Try manually turning the fan on and setting it to see if it will spin.

i use nzxt cam. how do i manually turn on the fan?

You can't with CAM. Go download MSI Afterburner and use that.

thank you. it works now. i set it to max at first and it scared me it was so loud!
