Computer tries to boot automatically immediately after getting power.

My friends just moved his PC parts into a new case, the NZXT H510 and we're having issues getting it to boot.
The PC as soon as it is connected and the Power Supply switch is turned on, it appears it attemps to boot giving a Orange light from the motherboard.
The RAM light stays on aswell as the Power On button on the case, nothing else.

We made sure all the cables were plugged in correctly and even double-checked that the CPU was aligned with the MoBo socket.
The motherboard CPU power connector has a 8 pin ( 4x2 ) and the GPU has a 4 pin ( 6 + 2 pin ) along side with the 24 pin.

PC Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 with AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler
MoBo: Gigabyte B450M DS3H v1
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz ( running at 2933MHz due to CPU limitations )
PSU: PowerSpec PS 550BF 550W 80+ Bronze
Case: NZXT H510

Check motherboard (if mounted correctly without touching the case or standoffs) Check case power switch placement (if placed correctly). Ideally take a picture of the setup, showing all cable connections (take a picture directly into the case with good lighting)

There is usually a BIOS setting I believe for powering up when AC power is restored to the system. Check your BIOS and see.
