Headphones light buzzing audio on new build

FRD

I recently did a new build and my headphone is outputting sound, but there's some kind of buzzing noise when no sound is being played. It kind of reminds me of coilwhine.
An example, in Genshin Impact at the loading screen the sound will "sync" the buzzing with the loading bar. When other sound like sound effects or dialogue is played, the buzzing sound is not there.
I'm using a AKG K701 with a Asus B450-F Gaming motherboard. I also use a Sennheiser 6.3mm to 3.5mm converter cable. Later on I want to get a dedicated AMP, but for now I'm fine with the current amplification. In Windows 10 it's set to strong or powerful (translated). When I'm in Windows and the sound is off there's no buzzing noise at all, just silent like it should be.

Any way to easily fix this? Perhaps it's just my cable touching something? It used to work totally fine on my former build, which also had a ROG Strix motherboard with SupremeFX soundcard.

Its likely a grounding loop issue. Common with 3.5mm audio jacks. You can fix this buy ordering a grounding loop isolator for like $10 off Amazon or your favorite e-tailer.
