£1450 Gaming Setup Help

Budget (including currency): £1450

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Primarily Gaming on modern titles such as RDR2, COD Cold War etc.. aswell as school work and content consumption.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

For that price I need to get the PC and monitor (I already know what headset, mouse and keyboard i will be getting and have taken that cost off my budget). I would like either Dual 1080p 24" monitors (only 1 needs 144hz) or a single 1440p 144hz monitor. I would like to achieve a minimum of 60fps at highest settings on most games at whatever resolution the monitor is. I could stretch the budget by around £50 but would really rather not if possible.

Would it be worth saving £30 and getting b450 rather than b550 as ive heard theres not much point having b550 with a ryzen 3000 processor.

depend on the b450 board, but b450 board does not have pcie gen 4 for gpu and m.2 ssd + it has less other features too

I wouldn't be able to afford a Gen 4 ssd and Ive heard that theres barely any difference in performance with using gen 4 for the gpu so the only bit i would be interested in is the other features depending on what they were.
