Game stutters if my HDD is plugged in

So I bought Tarkov recently and everything is installed on my ssd (system drive). I have 2 HDDs (for photos, backup and school stuff) and I experience stutters in game with 100% disk usage on my HDD (ssd peak is ~40-50%). I only have 8Gb of RAM and the game uses most of it, maybe that has something to do with that. If I unplug my HDDs it runs perfectly. Any idea why?

i5-8600
Z370-A pro
RX 570 Armor OC (8Gb)
2x4Gb Hyperx 2133

120Gb Kingston SHFS37A
2x WD blue 1Tb

I found the solution or the problem. Windows used my HDD for the paging files.
