Custom PSU sleeving with pinouts

Hey.

I know the mdpc-x sleeving procedure for extension cables.. but how I do that for PSU?

I see some pinouts but not understand what to do.. I only see some colors every pin and voltages like 12V and 5V and more..

It is different from made extension cables?
