no BIOS, no OS :( need help

Hi, i have pc with a :

b350 gaming plus MSI

GTX 1060 

1x nvme 2TB

 

my story (lol) :

 

i juste try go in my bios and i see i can't, i test all technic but nothing .

so i upgrade my windows 10 versions 

 

and after that nothing work.

 

i try to go on bios, not work .

i try to boot on windows , not work .

 

at this time i don't know what can i do .

i need your help .
