microphone Microphone getting quiet after 2-5 sec

Yesterday my friend and i were talking on discord when he told me that he cant really hear me. A few hours later i reset my pc as it was running slow anyways. After the reset my pc was fine again, and i made some recordings, but the audio problem is still there. It sounds like im moving away from my mic. I have 2 mics, one xlr and one headset mic. Both have the same problem, also tried the headset mic via the 3.5mm jack, but still the same problem. I also tried my headset mic on a laptop, and it works normal. I tried almost anything i could and im out of ideas, so any help would be welcome.

My mixer is the Behringer Hynix 302 USB, my XLR Mic is the Tonor BM-700 and my headset is one from sennheiser, not sure which, should be one from the gsp series.
