what is a good 4k monitor at 144hz or more for my ASUS ROG Strix OC RTX 3090

LG 27GN950-B supports 4K, 144 Hz and G-SYNC. 27"

LG CX soon to be C1 OLEDS yes only 120 Hz but the experience is amazing.

 

But in general if you can wait until 2h of 2021 I would wait a lot of cool tech was announced and currently there is little to no selection in the HDMI 2.1 category.

No, 2.0 but You can do 120 Hz 4k using DP 1.4.

Yea, the CX 48 is possibly the only HDMI 2.1 4K120hz monitor (TV) on the market that is actually good for gaming. If you can afford it, the CX 48 (or the C1 next year) gets my vote.
