Need Help In Undervolting Ryzen 5 5600x

Hello LTT folks i want some help regarding undervolting. I'm new to pc and stuff, but i found out that undervolting can help a lot with the temperatures and give you good performance at the same time. I'm currently running on the stock Wraith stealth cooler. So if someone can help me out how to undervolt using the ryzen master application that would be seriously great.
